Bachelor of Laws from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (USP) in 2012 and with more than eight years of law practice in the tax area, Gustavo Andrejozuk has a vast experience in tax law, especially regarding tax planning structures, with emphasis on corporate organization and reorganization processes, M&A operations and other investment mechanisms in Brazil. In addition to specialization courses in tax and accounting, Gustavo is currently a member of the Comissão de Direito Tributário da OAB in Osasco/SP. Gustavo Andrejozuk is the partner responsible for the tax area of GNBA Advogados since 2017.
